Our ethics 1

The High Council of Cabinda undertakes to :
– Publish and share all information concerning Cabinda;
– Publish the information whose origin is known, specify the sources and check it, if necessary, with the required reservations ;

Our ethics 2

– Never alter the documents and images published ;
– Never infringe on the rights and the people’s dignity ;
– Respect people’s privacy ;
– Correct any published information that turns out to be inaccurate.

Freedom of expression

This website is a space for freedom of expression, a pillar of all civic freedom. Liberty of expression to promote the free flow of ideas, by word and image, on Cabinda and its open-air prison.
